You can now sign up for Mux Data Media plan which is $499/month and includes 1M Mux monitoring views. Additional views are billed at $0.50 per 1,000 views. This plan includes access to the Monitoring Dashboard & API, CSV & Streaming Data Exports, and support for up to 5 custom dimensions for customized reporting.
