Latest thumbnails for live streams

It is now possible to request the latest thumbnail for an active live stream via the image.mux.com endpoint, using a new ?latest=true query parameter. This returns the most recent frame from an active live stream within 10 seconds of the live edge, eliminating the need to calculate timestamp offsets from the DVR asset's playback URL.
